Your main problem is the other monsters in the facility – some are friendly, but three in particular very much are not and will kill you if they catch you.

The humans you meet are fairly easy prey and even the armed ones can be eliminated quite easily. To escape you’ll need to knock out the three generators that are powering the doors to the exit of the facility.
